You are able to call people, receive notifications from WhatsApp( I haven’t worked out how to do it on other apps) and see your heart rate, blood pressure, steps, etc( all from the watch). On the app you are able to set alarms, change the background and even have custom backgrounds, add emergency contacts, find out your bmi, etc. It’s a good app imo so don’t let the reviews put you off, even if it does crash soon I don’t mind because it has been great to set up my watch and it has helped me so much.
