While I love shopping from H&M, this new update has been frustrating at times. For example, the ‘order/ H&M membership/settings’ don’t look like clickable navigations, each time I’m looking for my order I skip over it entirely. Also, can the size that the models wearing be visible? I like to make a judgment on what size I should buy based on that but I can never find that information.

I love H&M, however their new app and website interface is absolute garbage. I can’t find anything I’m looking for. The kids’s section is mixed up boy & girl and very difficult to navigate. 

No idea who made the decision to change an absolutely good website and app by making it more difficult for clients to buy things. 

Honestly I am so frustrated at at this point that I feel like giving up and looking elsewhere.
