L’application ne me laisse pas l’utiliser sans avoir fait la dernière mise a jour. La derniere mise a jour nécessite une version ios plus récente que je ne peux télecharger :(

After 3 calls to customer service, unable to make purchases. It took so much time that at one point one of the items was no longer available. Total waste of time. Don’t bother.

Cannot use the app on my iPad now. Why exclude iOS 15? No reason to do that.

The new updates are so bad and sucks. It’s so stressful. Can’t browse like you could before. I am hating it so bad. Please make it easy to look up categories like before

The app gets stuck every time i try to do anything. Its just waste of time.

I opened the app today and I thought I accidentally opened the Zara app. It’s a UX disaster. Can’t find anything anymore. Where do you see kids clothes? Where are the filters? Horrible experience. Hate the new app so much. Too bad, their clothes are actually good. Bring back the old app. You don’t have to copy everything that Zara does

The app is a Zara wannabe, it sucks. It’s hard to find categories along with the sale items, revert back to what it used to be or I won’t be shopping with H&M!

I will not be shopping anymore with H&M unless they return to the old app format. Absolutely hate it.
