I had the worst saddest experience with H&M , it’s been more than 10times I’m facing this kind of issues for return/refund etc. in the year of 2021 I returned a bag and got my refund on 2022 and sometimes even if the order is delivered it will show as order is on process and for refund it takes forever to reach your account and they were some few orders which I never received and it shows that it’s delivered and returned and this time they send me wrong product with same colour and I chat with 2 customer executive and even called the customer service but each time I was told that they’ll send the courier service for pickup my order but it’s already 2025 and I have reached my limited time to return option is gone. I’m deleting H&M and never shopping with H&M and I’ll suggest my known people never to shop with H&M.

The return process should be completed on the H&M app instead of the H&M’s website. I think H&M should focus on the return process, and instead of taking such a long period of time for refund process they should focus on minimise refund period

All my parcel was returned one parcel return stuck for a month!!they keep telling not under service area..2 months!!!They can’t solved anything!!Lost time discounts code trust absolutely disappointing!

Having worst experience from h&m …terrible product. I ordered multiple product and I received with dirty and has stains and looks like it has been used … never buying anything again from this seller . Don’t waste your money on this.

I have been raising queries for quite long time but I’m not getting any emails from them to change password though they are showing link has been sent but I’m not getting any emails links, it’s been 2week and I’m not able to sign in to my account ..literally disappointed by H&M

You’ll keep on tapping on your phone but the app won’t respond. I am not able to track the item since I am constantly clicking on the screen and it’s not responding.

Buttons are not working, and i am not able to change my number and address
