My first time to use this app for online shopping and I am never going to use this again. I was not aware that the items will be coming from Europe; hence not knowing about import taxes I will be paying once I receive my order. Other apps would note about this additional fees on their check-out page, at least. The item prices are in PHP so the import fees are really unexpected. Disappointing.

I can't last a minute within the app. It keeps crashing when I scroll through the items or when I filter the items. I'm on IOS 18. I hope this gets fixed.

YOUR APP SHOULD HAVE A BETTER WAY OF ISSUING COMPLETE ADDRESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULDN’T MAKE THE CUSTOMER WAIT FOR HOURS JUST TO BE LEFT UNREAD! BAD SERVICE!! TOOK 1 WEEK AND MY ORDER HAS NOT YET DELIVERED BECAUSE OF POOR MANAGEMENT!!

Ordered at October 15, 2024 after 3 weeks they provided an update that my order will be cancelled due to unavailability of stocks. Nov 1 it was officially cancelled and until this day the refund is not yet there. I tried to contact customer service about their poor service but they didn’t even have a resolution to process the refund right away after making me wait for weeks. And the refund took 2 months before it was credited back to my debit card. Look at the hassle they caused. Will not order from this platform again

Everything you’ll buy from this app will be shipped directly from their warehouse in the Netherlands. Although technically less ₱10K is tax-free, PH Customs introduced new fees structure as of 2024. Now for any purchase less than 10K, you have to pay an import fee of ₱458.40 that is not mentioned anywhere in the app or before you checkout. Try looking at Reddit for details.

As per site, orders more than 10000 will have additional custom tax but mine had additional taxes too. They were ‘shocked’ by those charges but said they wont pay for it. Worst company ever. Very greedy.

Very fast delivery, faster than the orange and L app and a lot of sizes available.

I don’t know how where this brand originated but the sizing is the most complicated thing I’ve ever seen. It’s even harder to understand than women.
