Delivery charge is too high thats why i dont wanna buy anything when is saw the delivery fees

I couldn’t log in back becase it says that I’m not in my region but it’s already fixated that it is already in my region and I still don’t know why I can’t log in back?

I refrained from buying from the app/brand because most, if not all of their items are in long or tall sizes. As an average Asian, the clothes are way longer than your usual size. You have to go out and have it altered. Sometimes it changes the look and fit of the clothing. Regular sizing shows up rare in the app. Also, the size chart that they provide for the items are in standard sizing, not taking into account whether the clothing is oversized or loose. How oversized or how loose is it? We’ll never know until you receive the item. If it doesn’t fit, you have to return it and experience all that hassle. It’s better if they post the actual measurements of the clothes to know whether you like the fit of the item or not. That way, returns are minimised or completely avoided.

It’s so annoying how you do this. Then we’d have to be hassled for returning and waiting for the refund. Without even knowing how much return fees would cost. So disappointing.

Getting annoyed on the email notification. Even after unsubscribing still receiving marketing emails 😡😡😡😡

Why would you trust a literary scam shipping company like UPS I haven’t receive my parcel until now!!! I cant even contact you and this UPS keeps making lame excuses!!!!!.

I was logged out on my account mayber after updating the app. After logging in i find that my favorites items were gone.

What's happening with the app? One sec its working, now its not.

I like shopping at H&M but I noticed that the sizing has changed. I don’t know if it’s a bug or what but almost everything for men are in long sizes, there’s only a few that are in regular sizing. Most of the women’s clothing are also for tall people. My partner and I couldn’t buy anything from the app, unless it’s accessories or socks. I know the clothes are shipped from EU, but why not cater to Asian sizes since you are also offering the clothes in Asia? What’s the point in making the app available in Asia when the sizing doesn’t cater to Asians?

Good for browsing but checkout is painful. Delivery details and payment process need to be adjusted. Am ready to buy but you wont make me.
