I delete and re-download the app at least once weekly because it doesn’t sign in anymore. After that, it still Needs re-launching multiple time to be able to sign in. I avoid using the app as possible. Below expectations and institutional standards.

Currently it is not allowing me to review patients files it will suddenly signed me out every time i logged in! For a week now!

Many times I have referral but it will when I open the app to view it it will not show in the app referrals note, But in the PC it is there

I can’t see my outpatient list I’m trying to review the patient’s I saw yesterday But no names are available

Please fix it insurance approval is not working “blank”page , trided many devices and uninstalled the app same issue

I have to delete and reinstall the up evey time I need new login

It takes ages to reopen, needs serious rebooting and maintenance. I have to delete and reinstall every time to use it.

After the update , If you open inpatient suddenly you will be logged out

1) can’t check inpatients images 2) log in issues 3) long notes are not supported 4) not user friendly
