The response from the Homage Team in arranging for my requirements has been extremely excellent and timely. The follow up and follow through is also commendable. The support provided by Shalini has been amazing and will continue to use the services provided. Thank you to the team .

Booked an appointment, waited patiently and doctor didn’t bother to log on to the call. Asked me to rebook for the next day - complete waste of time.

Appt was cancelled last minute by Carepro and while we were busy arranging for our family member to take care of my grandma they slot someone in last minute which have zero hours completed of course we would not want that and choose to cancel and they mentioned it will be non refundable since we are the one cancelling the appt. But it’s carepro that cancelled the initial appointment last minute. Not the first time.

My follow up messages are not captured at all, and I cannot have a converasation with Customer Service. Phone line is also discontinued, so this is not very encouraging in provision of customer service.

Will definitely consider homage again

I did a short teleconsultion 3 weeks ago and was ensured by the staff that everything will be waived off bec medicine couldn't be delivered on time. However still being charged despite sending them email, which they didn't reply at all....highly unrecommended

They act fast to collect your money. But teleconsultation still need to wait. And you can’t cancel on your end. Help desk is tardy and slow. Their hotline doesn’t work.

Homage app is really good easy to use and comprehensive well done
