Good with some buts
This app does what it’s supposed to do. The only problem is that you can’t focus on the exercise if you have to look all the time to the screen. The voice should advise you when the exercise is half time past and when it ends. Otherwise you end up doing the exercise when it has already changed to the resting time.
Best 7 minutes!
One of the best 7 minutes workouts! Never feel bored and always happy to do it twice!

I love this and I love working out but sometimes my family wants to do it with me and there is no pause button so that is my only complain every day I want to do this so it’s a good motivation thank you. Audrey (9 year old)

Better than the free preview
I wasn’t impressed with the preview, but decided to try the for-pay version anyway and it’s way better. There’s enough variety to keep me interested day after day. And it’s short enough to do on a work break. They are vigorous enough to make me feel like I got a workout without making me so sweaty that I have to shower before returning to work. There’s no music, but you can play your own over it with the same device. I almost never pay for an app, but I really want to get more exercise into my day, so I went for it and I’m glad I did.

It looked like it was going to be free but really to get the workouts you may end up wanting to do you have to pay. Some people can’t afford to pay for gym stuff that’s why we get free apps. Yes I get nothing in life is 100% free but come on I had another 7min app on an old phone I loved and everything was free yeah turned into a walking advertisement basically but hey I had the workouts that I loved doing!
