## Home Description
Home tab makes it easier to navigate, organise, view and control all your smart home accessories.

A multi-camera view displays up to four cameras in the Home tab and you can scroll to see any additional cameras.

Adaptive Temperature* sets your thermostat to automatically adjust when you’re on your way home, when you go to sleep or when you’re away for an extended period of time.*

Guest access*** provides date- and time-based access to locks, garage doors and alarm systems for visitors in the Home app.

Activity History displays recent history for climate automations, garage door, door lock, security systems and contact sensor events*

Siri makes it easy to use your voice to control accessories. Say a phrase like “Lock the front door”, or create a scene and say “Goodnight” to turn off all your lights.

Widgets on iPhone and iPad give you the ability to see the status of your home and access relevant accessories.

Control Centre gives you quick access to control your favourite accessories and scenes, and features a dedicated and customisable section for additional accessories and scenes. 

Robot vacuum cleaners can clean your whole home or specific rooms through the app or using Siri.**

Grid Forecast uses data from your local electric grid to show when it will be running on cleaner sources, so you can plan when to charge devices or run appliances. (Contiguous US Only)

Electricity usage and rate plan information are displayed for eligible customers when connecting their utility account to the Home app. (US only)

Home app on Apple Watch displays relevant accessories you'll most likely need at top for immediate access and then all accessories in favourites, cameras and rooms.

HomePod or other AirPlay-enabled speakers can be added in the Home app to control your smart home and play music in any room in your house.

HomePod and Apple TV act as a home hub to manage your home while you’re away. Automatically run scenes and control accessories based on your location, the time of day, a sensor detection or the action of an accessory.

HomeKit Secure Video**** lets you view live video and recordings as well as get rich notifications when people, pets, vehicles or package deliveries are detected from your security cameras or video doorbell. View a 10-day recording history in the Home app and you can share or save recordings.

Adaptive Lighting** lets you set compatible light bulbs to automatically adjust their colour temperature throughout the day to help maximise comfort and productivity. Wake up in the morning to warm colours, stay alert at midday with cooler tones and wind down at night by removing blue light.

*  Requires a home hub, such as Apple TV or HomePod and a compatible Matter thermostat. Users must be using the latest version of Apple Home and have location services enabled for Home app and Home Accessories.

Mesquin. pour changer la chaîne sur l’app maison (automatisation via HomePod pour réveil avec Apple Music 1) je vois que maintenant on est obligé d’avoir l’abonnement 😟. 
Je garde mon ancienne automatisation qui reste valable mais pour changer ou créer une nouvelle c’est plus possible sans abonnement

Je suis un grand connaisseur d’Apple, comme plusieurs avis qui le cite. Je trouve cela carrément honteux de tenir une application aussi peut investie !!! Vos concurent font beaucoup mieux et c’est honteux. Il s’agirait de faire un UI plus correcte et faire un design plus à jour avec aujourd’hui, car je vous avoue que l’application, n’a jamais changé entre IOS 9 et 17 !! Malgré tout je suis obligé de l’utiliser, ma majorité de mes appareils sont Apple 😂

Have heating, lights, doors, gates, iRobot combined with ioBroker and an S7-1200 PLC and all work’s flawless, but:

It’s not difficult to implement a generic device where the user can specify name, format, unit, min and max value and value step…

There is so much missing, think about meteorological data which is non existent in the service library for developers per example.

So give us a fully configurable generic device as service🤤

Fan d’Apple mais il n’est plus possible de contrôler les lampes Philips Hue depuis la dernière mise à jour alors qu’elles apparaissent bien sur mon réseau et sur Google Assistant et Amazon Alexa. En plus HomeKit est bien moins abouti que ses principaux concurrents, on ne sait presque rien faire. Je passe chez Alexa… j’espère que les développeurs Apple feront un jour une vrai app pour la maison connectée et pas ce Hub inutile!
