I would love to know who the heck is getting paid for making this app because it stinks!! Whoever hired that person get your money back or fire them and get someone who knows what they’re doing.

You can’t look anything up. That’s not a feature. I can’t browse the store. That’s all I want to do. Why is that such a hard concept to grasp? It’s not that the feature to search is hard to find, it’s that “searching” does not exist on the app or website. Incredibly dumb. Great store btw.

google does that better. app has no functionality. is actually worse than older versions.

I love the store but this app is useless

I downloaded the app because I wanted to check out bedspreads. I know where my nearest store is, but it wouldn’t let me passed that. So I go back to the home button and there is nothing where I can shop/browse. Absolute waste of my time

Can’t get on the app anymore all I see is find a store or pay my bill which I don’t have what’s up with that 🤬

This App will not recognize my user name with the password set up on the web page. It continuously has this problem. Works for a while but then suddenly it won't recognize the password. Tried erasing app and setting it up again. Tried forgot password and it does not send an email link to reset. It's funny because I do receive the purchasing ticket by email, but no communication to reset pwd. It's a pain - ended overpaying because couldn't check the account balance and I asked for paperless bill.

I’ve never writer a review but don’t bother downloading the app. If you have google, you’re half way through their content as it’s a store locator & you can pay your bill. That’s it. Glitchy, useless, and an overall disappointment to HG & TJM fans everywhere! What a joke of an app…. I can’t believe someone actually got paid to create an app this useless for them.

Don’t bother downloading app if you’re wanting to shop online. That isn’t an option they give you. You can find the nearest store to you and pay your credit card but other than those two services there is nothing of interest! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR BREATH HERE! If I could give a -2 stars I would.
