Avoid!
To avoid frustration avoid this app! I paid a yearly subscription and what a waste of money. The whole idea was to be able to use it on my iPad and I cannot view it at all. Crashes all the time to the point I have to restart my device and on top of that I cannot view the issues I’ve paid for as it does not recognise my Apple ID while I’m clearly signed up if I am writing this review, am I? Technical support ignores my emails and I am stuck and paying for nothing. DON’T DOWNLOAD!

Can’t access it....it was a Mother’s Day Present but can’t log in.
Unbearable
Every month I've had this app there has been an issue! Not being able to gain access to the app, the app crashing after a couple of pages and many emails and calls to resolve the issues. I think I just skip the app next time and buy the hard copy if at all!
Latest update has blocked my access to my subscription
The latest update to this app has locked me out of my subscription so I cannot access any of the magazines I have already purchased. The ‘contact us’ link is the same as the ‘feedback’ link so no idea if I will get a reply or any help!
Half a mag
Please be careful when using these apps. You pay full price for the magazine but you are only allowed to view one single page at a time, no double page spreads. Apparently you have to take out a subscription before you are allowed the privilege of viewing a double page spread. Bizarre, yes , frustrating, yes. I won't be purchasing the digital version again.
Homes and gardens
The digital subscription does it work and the support group is nonexistent. Once they have your yearly/monthly subscription fee, it's too late, no service. From my experience I would advice anyone to stay away from this terrible group, timeinc they Seem like a complete sham just there to take your money.
V frustrating
Had this app for four days now. If I could even sign in without it continually saying my email address (which I've had for 6 years) didn't exist I would be marginally happy. As things stand though thinking of cancelling my subscription!
Great photography
Great magazine with beautifully executed photographs that are refreshingly English. Such a change from the over-processed 'real estate' photography from across the pond. The editor and picture editor are to be commended. Superb magazine.
Best colour/ideas experience in years
