App performs well most of the time but scheduled programs (AC/Haier) do not work at all. App crashes every time when trying to set app the programs. Remote controlling is easy and the lag between making a change to a program and executing it is low. Set up was not difficult nor enjoyable. Connection has been stable over 4 months now.

The app sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. It always crashes when I try to open the service or maintenance (huolto in Finnish) settings or when I try to register a filter cleaning(from notification). When it does connect and starts a program, the app is great. However, it often won't start the selected program even though it says it's connected. Sometimes it even changes my selected program (like Custom) to something else. The 100% Custom program lacks basic customizations. It doesn't have a 1600rpm spin cycle, only 1500, which my washing machine doesn't support. I'd like to control specific temperatures for different wash phases, water levels, and create specialized cycles like a prewash at 60°C, rinse, and 90°C for disinfection. It would also be helpful to be able to change some settings after starting a cycle. Also controlling the cycle time within the machines working timeframe would also greatly help.

The app is easy to use and I like that I can control the washing machine from anywhere within range of my home WiFi. Would have given 5 stars if the search function on programs including results from program descriptions.

la applicazione e’ carina ma ha un difetto enorme! Dimenticato la password e non c’è verso di reimpostarla, il sistema dice sempre di indicare la mail per invio codice otp per impostare una nuova password ma la mail non arriva. Controllato anche spam e indesiderata non c’è verso. Conclusione, se dimentichi le credenziali sei costretto a resettare tutto e creare nuovo account! Assurdo
Ho comprato una lavasciuga che prometteva di essere smart in realtà ha un app mai sviluppata ed abbandonata a se stessa. HoN è stata lanciata un mese dopo e Haier se ne sbatte.Servizio clienti inesistente . Scaricabarile totale. Mai più Haier
