Hot 8 On-Demand is one of the only online fitness platforms that offers daily LIVE-streamed classes plus access to a library of 300+ workouts and workshops you can take anytime, anywhere. We upload fresh content to the platform daily, so you'll always have new classes to keep your body guessing.

Whether you are new to yoga or have practiced for years, we've got you covered. Our extensive library consists of a variety of content from our Hot 8 signature classes to short bootcamps and beginner workshops to meditations — all available at the touch of a button and on your own schedule.

To access all features and content you can subscribe to Hot 8 On-Demand on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.

* All payments will be paid through your iTunes Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle. Any unused portion of your free trial will be forfeited upon payment. I’m so impressed with the quality of the live stream videos that Hot 8 puts out. There is SO much content on the app w/ short bursts, 30, 45, and 60 minute classes of all different types (sculpt, barre, power, yin etc). Something on here for every mood I’m in. Can’t recommend it enough!

### ****- "Please zoom in on the actual workout"
Hot 8 style is quite different: each class will have a trainer talking at the front (near the camera), and the person actually doing the workout further in the back. I find it quite distracting and hard to follow. Look forward to the new updates where the trainers could either join in on the workout; or the camera would focus on the actual moves rather than talks/instruction. Nice music though!
