Hot Head Burritos

If there was one thing I’d change about the app, would be adding coupons to a mobile order. The whole point of mobile ordering is so I don’t have to go inside to order, but the coupons really make it hard to bypass that.

I love the food. Really, it’s great, and at fair price points. The app just doesn’t work. It says “No Internet Connection.” Then how am I writing it this one-star review? I like the rewards and stuff… That I saw once, when the app worked two months ago. It’s like a car without wheels. What’s the point if it doesn’t go anywhere?

Easy & fast delicious food

Good food . Lady that waited on me was real nice.

Kind of annoying since I can use Apple Pay in stores. I realize it’s just a minor inconvenience, but this app is full of them. Still worth it for the points.

Today was opening day so it’s kinda early to do a review. But thought I’d start off and say most of the employees seemed very nice. One was a bit grumpy but that is to be expected since they have been busy all day! We have not tried our food since we just left. I just wanted to say they might want to fill up the burritos and bowls. Seemed pretty skimpy compared to other stores.

I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now and it normally is never an issue but as of lately it has been. Anytime I come in and order, my food is always a mess. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to wrap a burrito, and if it rips, why it’s so hard to double wrap it? I shouldn’t open my burrito and be covered in sauce because the employee is too lazy to double wrap.
