Pls don’t fall for no broker fee as it’s all brokers whose nos they share. My view housing team who validates is defunct. I would rather suggest no broker. Com app or any other app. Imagin they charge min 1800/- rs package we would thing we will get proper service but no.. imagin if 1000 people like me get fooled in a day,  how much money this app is looting. Once you login with your data they will call you to pay for subscription so that you are  able to see properties without brokerage and Relationship manager concept.
The RM does nothing there are very few without brokerage properties.The RM is biggest scam they do nothing.
Don’t ever subscribe. My money is gone I will try to go to consumer court.
