I am so over opening this app only to find it is once again asking me to sign in. 

There is NO REASON I should have to regularly re-sign in. Netflix NEVER asks me to sign in again after I’ve done it the first time. 

When I open the app it is because I want to see what’s on at the cinema and consider seeing a show. The friction added by another request to sign-in is all I need to decide on the beach or a bike ride instead.

It’s awful. I set up an account. I go to my email and get the log in code. I tap in the link in the email. I insert the code. The message I get is that it looks like I don’t have the app installed and I have to go the App Store to download it. Well, it’s downloaded and they can’t offer a human reasons because the BOT is   Awful and can’t understand my simple question. Even a six year old would be able to answer my question, it’s but that stupid of a question. App will now be deleted.

Why do you have to make it sooo hard to navigate the app in iphone, I cant go back with left swipe, I have to find the tiny back button, that too at the very top of the screen, to go back. Why? Why? Why? I am asking you (the developer who came up with this idea) why mate? I am already having enough problems in my life, why do you want to add fuel to it? Keep in mind this is how villains are made.

My local is Hoyts, so thought it would be great to have the app - nice and easy….except it wasn’t. I could t even login into the app. It said a code had been emailed, nothing arrived. After reading other reviews, it appears it’s best to stick with using the website so I’ve deleted the app.

Update: went back in to try and do this all again and was logged out. This was like 5 days later.

Update: payment still broken from Apple Pay. Seriously you have one job. ONE! Who built this horrendous waste of time?

Update: did eventually get through log in. Today went to buy a film, twice got all the way through and hit Apple Pay and both times I just got endless spinning white dots. Had to give up. We have booked at Palace instead, which isn’t as good but you can at least buy tickets, which is kind of important 😂

Was definitely going the right way and the full rebuild has started to address many of the issues the old app had. 

However, latest app logs you out but then forces you to sign in before you can even check a cinema time! Like wtaf!! I just want to check whether a film is even on but no, must sign in. 

Which possibly wouldn’t be such an issue if they hadn’t removed keychain integration. So now out of app, off to password app, back to app, oh no it’s a code to email.
