Their scan is the worst ever thing that I have ever use. HP service nv help at all. They take days to reply and when they reply you, its during midnight at 3-4am. Then thr worst thing is, the problem is never solved even when they want you to do this steps and that steps. Never come back to you unless you make noise. 
My problem is just to create an email account to scan. And the printer will auto print out your scanned copy after every scan.
