Am I really reading “Telegraphic transfers” in the 21 century? Do you actually think that putting two locks in one door prevents you from being robbed? How about Touch ID? The interface is ugly and most user-unfriendly that can be imagined. Being proud of not making clients to queue to check the balance is not that cutting edge as you might think. Welcome to 2018! This is absolutely the worst ever mobile banking app. Guys you are one of the world’s biggest banks and you cannot afford to hire professionals to make an app for you? In 2017, mobile banking is the most important service you could be offering, and you just ignore this completely? And all these passwords - are you serious?! This is just a joke! All our family is switching to another bank because you ignored your consumers’ basic needs!

Not only it has the worst quality of functionality, but every ing time I try to open it, it says I need to update it! Every ing time!!!!!!

Just a horrible app. The worst bank app I've seen to the moment. Difficult login and unclear navigation. Basic functions are not available. To manage a credit card account app transfers you to the web page with another menu, just generating a mess. So ridiculous and annoying

I like it. But why is there so many passwords? It's getting reddiculus.
