We’re committed to providing support and peace of mind at every stage of life.
In recognising that your ongoing health is of vital importance to both you and your family, we’ve partnered with Square Health who can provide you with expert medical assistance and wellbeing support – all accessible through the HSBC Online Health Services app.
Square Health is the sole provider of the following clinical health services:
• Second Medical Opinion - an extra layer of reassurance. Check a diagnosis, ask questions and get advice on treatment options by speaking to a UK-based medical specialist by video call or face-to-face.
• Remote GP Consultation - your consultation is only a call away. Talk to a UK doctor 24/7 about any health or medical concerns by video call
• Prescription Services - the easy way to get a prescription. Your Remote GP is also able to write private prescriptions without you needing to visit a clinic
• Physiotherapy - restoring movement and function. Take advantage of an initial assessment, personalised treatment plan
• Health MOT - knowledge is power. Arrange a Health MOT through the app to get tested on the status of over 20 health markers using a simple blood test kit
• Mental Health Support - looking after your mind. Access an initial video assessment with counsellors, therapists who specialise in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and psychologists
As a policyholder you can enjoy these at no extra cost and with no consultation fees. Services available to you will depend upon the type of policy you have with us. Your partner and children (up to age 23) can also take advantage of some of the services. Full details can be found in your brochure.

The medical profile creation page is blank with empty buttons, so you cannot move to next steps. You cannot book appointments without completing the profile.

Clearly this app was released without adequate testing, hence all the one star reviews. Since it’s been updated, it now seems to work fine and I managed to book a second opinion appointment without any trouble.

Such a bad UX.
I was sent a temp password but it asked me login with different credentials. Assume Bank credentials.
Which was not instructed in email.
Sounded like a fraud.
I’m not using this app.

I don’t know why this app has so low rating but it’s definitely the best one I used. So easy. No need to wait for an appointment for weeks, I’ve got mine in a same day! Easy to apply as well no need to call nhs and wait for hours.

I cannot get past the login page and simply get a blank page with no options after submitting login details. Login details are correct.

### *---- "Difficult to setup constant errors"
Could not set up after 12 attempts and 3 password resets useless if it’s not easy to setup and use. Originally went to wrong website and app and that did work, then contacted back who were reluctant to help and do not have dedicated help for this. Did receive a call and downloaded right app but person could stay while I setup and password took forever to arrive. Again could not get pass the password reset page.

Software engineer here. Can’t login in the app. It doesn’t recognise the pwd, neither allows me to reset it.

Please allows copy&paste (and pwd managers) as you’re pushing users towards memorable pwds
