The check deposit service on the app is really convenient.
Simple app to use especially on the move. Real time account information and easy transfer across accounts.
I am unable to deposit checks through the app. The app doesn’t let me a take a picture properly. Sometimes it doesn’t work. I have try 50 times taking the picture. It keeps giving me an error message.
Sorry to see I can’t make electronic bank transfers in the US!! Why do you have to mail out checks, takes so long and is archaic!!!? (Plus risks getting lost in the post)!
Using the camera to take a photo of the check is terrible, it took me just over half an hour to accomplish this, I tried my iPad and iPhone alternately until it worked. I’d done nothing differently between each device and nothing that I’ve done before many times but it kept telling me to ‘hold still’ although I was resting against a firm object. Way too sensitive. Hate using it.
Having raised this issue more than 5 times over the last year, developers still haven’t fixed bugs in the app transaction view for credit cards. The app currently misses several random periods of activity (looking at it today the entire period from December 9- December 23 is missing). This is a basic requirement for a banking app and fixing the issue should be prioritised. Please look into this. Thank you.
Please fix your UI and make the experience more user friendly. Enable Face ID. And please make transfers easier.
I can’t complete the very basic setup - activate secure device & enable face id. When I start activation process - I get and enter activation code - Then get and enter validation code - Then I see screen ‘Digital Security Device passcode’ - It has two text fields - for entering passphrase and repeating it. I enter passphrase, but then try to tap on second input to repeat but keyboard is not popped up on tap so I can’t enter anything. As I can’t enter anything to second field, Activate button is disabled and I can’t complete it
For almost a year now, I have to take an average of 12-15 photos for each deposit. Always gives me error message. Mind you, the phots are brightly lit from all sides, on beach non-reflective background, with all sides/corners clearly visible. Frustrating.
