## HSE Health App Description
The HSE Health App is a secure way to manage your health information, find health services and get information on conditions and treatments.

It is free and we will add new features to the app regularly.

If you log in to the newest version of the app you can:
- see your hospital appointments, if you are a maternity patient
- keep a list of your medicines
- see digital versions of health cards, such as the medical card
- see your COVID-19 and flu vaccine records
- get information on conditions, treatments and medicines
- find services near you, such as GPs and emergency care

In the future you will also be able to use the app to:
- sign up for a Quit plan - our free quit smoking service
- see hospital appointments for other medical specialities
- get notifications, reminders and alerts about appointments, vaccines and healthcare support information
- find out when you have been referred for tests or treatment
- check your wait time for scheduled tests or treatment
- get support and advice on living with a chronic (long-term) condition
- get support for cancer treatment and recovery
- check wait times for emergency departments and injury units

It worked fine for a while but now I get error 2 and the notification they can’t find my health records. Lodged 2 tickets but still can’t see anything

This will be so useful when it’s up & running efficiently. Living with chronic illness for a long time means a lot of records, med lists & appointments to keep track of. It’s great to have them handy on my phone. I recently, however,  got a message to attend an appointment - the day after it happened! 
The option to request rescheduling appts & suggest alternative dates is badly needed. Mine are often at different hospitals & can clash. Really helpful app though, when the glitches are ironed out!

I'm blind and a voiceover user, delighted I can access my appointments independently. The custumer service is out standing, any accessability issues are sorted and feedback is welcom, user feedback is welcomed by individual   users rather than having to ask another  organisation to send in bug reports. Well done HSE on this one.

The first thing that the app does is ask you to log in, and then presents you with a cookie banner that blocks all interaction and doesn’t respond to any selection you make. Poor stuff.
