When commercials load, the app will get stuck or black out and then one is forced to either back out of the show or shut down the app in order to continue watching a show after restarting it. You can watch your show at a normal level (level 5) and when a commercials comes on it’s now a level 10. When the show comes back on the volume is at a level 3, and you have to turn it up. And go through the whole cycle again. So freaking annoying!!! I really want to know the thought process for a design where 80% of the screen is something that if you accidentally click it takes you away from your episode. If you are AirPlaying an episode and you try to change the app you are forced to swipe in this 80% zone and almost always start some new series you have no interest in. If someone at Hulu used their app for 1 minute they’d realize how dumb this is. In addition, there’s been bugs galore when streaming from your phone this recent update.
