That feature makes it much easier to notice patterns and track how things are changing. I do wish the app offered more tools on the treatment side. Ideally, I’d love the ability to track treatments alongside symptoms and see potential correlations between them—for example, whether anxiety changes in relation to meditation. I’ve been experimenting with different approaches to support my health (meditation, supplements, medication), and it would be really helpful to at least see a log of when I use each treatment, and even better if the app could help show how they relate to my symptoms over time. -- Dreammirr, 2026-04-20 ### ***** "Love this app" I LOVE THIS APP!!!!!! It keeps everything I need to know in one place. The only thing I would add is in the new vitals spot I think you should put a spot for actual vitals because I like to stay do mine at home so I can be proactive and if my blood pressure is off for too long in a row I know I need to bring it up I usually write in the journal but it’d be nice to just fill it in instead of typing it all out in the journal. If you needed to you could put it all in 1 tab or you could put a blood sugar one, a blood pressure one, a weight/bmi one, and an oxygen one. Because my late mother being a type 1 diabetic and my father who’s still alive being a type 2 diabetic would benefit a lot from this app if it had that. Changes I would like to see are a calendar view of symptoms to find patterns, where you can see trends of 1 symptom or just look overall at your symptoms over the week or month. I like the data reports but I haven’t seen it in this view. Another change I would like is rating the symptom only by impact on daily functioning. I would like to have the option of the severity, or pain level, and be able to add time stamps of it occurring multiple times in one day and maybe a note for each time so there’s an option to add what could be a trigger. Overall - this beats the others I have tried that don’t have time stamps, must pay for reports, and don’t have the same profile details. It's the first app I've seen that addresses record keeping for the whole person: conditions, treatments, medications, symptoms, physical and mental health. You can put notes on each symptom every time you log it, and unlimited journal entries every day. I'm so excited about the future of this app! I see lots of little (and a few big) things that can make it even better! The developers seem motivated and really listen to their users. For this reason I purchased the premium service. This is the first time in all my years that I've paid for an app JUST because I want to fund the developers so they keep going! The free version is great as it is. The paid version allows me more flexibility in reporting and other areas, which are nice-to-haves.
