So i was setting up the app after measuring my weight and then they ask me goal weight, and i put it, and they say that weight “puts me at an unhealthy BMI” But then if i put it higher they said it had to be more than 2.5 kg, So i couldnt input a weight. Because my weight is too close to the unhealthy BMI but also has to be a higher input . This is stupid, and also assumes people want to lose weight, not everyone wants to lose weight sometimes people want to gain weight as well, and fkr people that are already skinny and want to use this app cant use it because this part of the app doesent let them

i have a Dara device and i use FitTrack to register its use. Today i received notification inside the App to try a New feature with an offer for 30 day free trial and then one year of subscription. I accepted it but i had no trial, the one year fee was immediatly charged. This is fraud and i want to be urgently reimbursed. I wait your Feedback. Thank you Paulo

The app stopped pairing with the scale and now the scale is useless because it's not even in kgs anymore since I tried to reset it to try to solve the problem. Really annoying

App used to work until Oct 2024, now won’t connect to the scale to update. Now just have an expensive (not worth it) scale.

This app has halted encourage me and give me feedback that has helped stay on track better than any other thing that I have tried! So much good accurate helpful information! A true guide to true health!!!

$200 into it for the scale and another chunk for the ‘plus’ membership and the features I paid for are not part of the app. I’ve reached out and received zero responses or help. Put your hard earned money somewhere else. Somewhere that actually performs as advertised or at least somewhere that has functioning support. I guess if you’re embarrassed by your product and know it doesn’t do what you claim, why would you help someone once you have their money?

Been weighing g consistently for the first for occasions and Gerri g used to all the metrics. I love the insight so far.

Second edit: hasn’t worked for me for months. I can weigh myself and it shows loading on app, but app never updates with measurements. I write customer support and never receive responses. Throwing it away, and going to buy a scale from a legitimate company. Edit: They updated the app, and it still doesn’t work. No fix provided. The app has always worked for me, but this new update isn’t working, and I hope they fix it asap. I can step on the scale and weigh myself, but it won’t take my measurements. It connects and shows my weight in the app but then says stay on the scale while we take your measurements and it freezes on that screen. The scale eventually turns off with me still standing on it. Then I have to force close the app to get out of that screen. I disconnected the scale and reconnected. Nothing is working.

I’ve tried several months to get the app to record my progress. It just buffers with weight shown but doesn’t record the weight or any other body measurements. I’ve reinstalled the app, updated my phone to latest IOS, changed batteries in scale but nothing seems to work. Appears to be a broken app.
