Wouldn’t recommend buying anything in this game. I spent over a hundred dollars in this game easy lost all my purchases and progress with this game have made reviews and all they say is we will work on it. I still feel cheated out of my money and time. They have done nothing to make it right or fix it. I have even sent multiple emails as well and no response. Wouldn’t recommend due to lack of customer service and support. Will update review once things are made right.

The game is actually very good and fun when it is working. I understand the need for updates and improvements but own it when it goes south. If something breaks during an update own and get it fixed but don’t treat your customer as the inconvenience to your botched update. My account was fixed but no compensation for the loss of time and money on Season Pass and events. This is where they need to improve. You will not get much help or sympathy from support even when BoomBit caused the problem.

I buy the season pass, dungeon pass and vip membership every month (over 30 bucks) and I still never have enough gold. None of the game modes give gold after completing and you need loads and loads of gold to upgrade gems, hero’s and gear. This would easily be a 5 star game if we could collect gold from games instead of playing for a week to upgrade 1 gem or awaken 1 hero.

I’ve been playing this game for over 4 years now and I’ve always enjoyed it but since this new update I’ve been getting cheated out of a ton of rewards. I reached out to support and it’s been over a week since receiving one response asking for video proof. I sent in multiple different forms of proof and still nothing. I’m literally missing payment for over 20 clan bosses and a clan chest, that’s 18,000 coins I haven’t received. Hoping they can fix the issue so I can change this review and go back to actually enjoying the game again.
