So sad because app don’t have Ukraine language

I don't understand how a finance app can mix values in different currencies without including the currency symbol. The screens are basically a mess of various numbers, some denoting eur, some usd, some are daily changes, some are a sum, some maybe even a percentage or an account number. The UX is simply broken. But, ultimately, it does work. Just the margin for error isn't very big.

After the latest update, the app has become much faster (including the web app). You can buy almost everything, and you have access to a lot of information. Everything is at a top level.

The worst app I have ever seen.

Constant “server error” in account description

It used to be fast and stable app. It took 10 sec for login, but this week something changed. The app is very slow and doesn’t login.

This app used to be great but now it has server error all the time. Orders dont go through for hours via phone!!

IBKR used to provide a great service. Since the brexit migration, support is nowhere to be seen. My account got locked because of a non-supported product by the new broker (so much for transparent migration) and even after following their instructions, I’ve been unable to operate. For 4 days now it’s been imposible to contact them through chat and no one picks up the phone. They take forever to answer to tickets and when they do, it’s some template that doesn’t fix anything. While I was previously actively recommending this broker, at this point I would recommend to avoid it and go for one that at least picks up the phone when there are issues.

I had required buying power and couldn’t open positions. I trusted you and you failed me. You lost me profits. Would not recommend.
