I had high hopes for this app, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. It is one of the worst securities apps I have ever used. I am shocked that such a well-known company and widely used platform could provide such a poor user experience. Please address these issues seriously. Being famous or having a large market share does not justify neglecting users or showing arrogance. Thank you.

The app looks like a bad joke from 1990, the UI/UX was designed by a 90 years old accountant and is as responsive as a 90 years old accountant. Half the times it times out, for a lot of things it opens a browser window, you get constantly logged off no matter if you have biometrics set up, etc etc etc. Guys, really, hire someone new.

It works well for me. I do a few stock trades a week and I love it. I’ve noticed the app keeps getting better and better over time. The new layout with the left sidebar for account management and withdrawals is very convenient. I like how I can choose which columns are displayed on the portfolio view.

I’ve been recommended to try this platform by a friend, the kyc process took one full week. The account type description was not well explained and I’m stuck on the wrong account type The user interface is riddled with bugs when you try to open additional accounts and you can’t convert the wrong type of account The customer support feels non existent once you’re onboarded. If there is another platform available in your country then I would recommend trying other platforms before this piece of antique

So confusing can’t even get beyond the 3rd step. Says I don’t meet certain requirements. Absolute rubbish. Make your app easier to even get to use!!!!

What should be a seamless change has become a disaster with new phone not able to sign into either of two server’s. iPhone 7 is now read only. No trading ability for a week. Help desk says account working fine and must be isp problem. ISP says it’s service is working fine. What is the solution. Change brokers?

The new app is unusable. Fails to log in every single time. A billion dollar company created this app? Wow.

9 out of 10 times the app just freezes when trying to log in.

One of the worst trading platform. So difficult to transfer and withdraw funds. Such an annoying app. While buying a share you will get so many annoying questions with a confirmation messages yes/no. Not a user friendly app. I wish they refer to trading apps like IG, Plus500, TD, Webull etc. to understand the user friendly features.
