Right in-front of barrier but showing distance 500m+, sometimes even become blank page in digital key.

Please upgrade the app to add functionality. 1. Vehicle entry and exit notification: let people can set it to not notify, because when a vehicle enters or exits through detection, the whole family will receive a notification, which is a bit annoying. 2. Digital key: When someone uses the digital key, family members can receive notifications. We are not notified of things that should be notified, and we are notified of things that should not be notified.

USELESS APP FOR IOS USER

Entry and Exit sometimes got notification,sometimes don't have. We unable to track our vehicle in log files property. Cheapskate Apps and never got fix bugs these few years.

I had Unknown 403 error so I log out and delete the apps and reinstall, now login in after putting my mobile number and click next, the error Unknown 403 Error came out and I’m unable to log in anymore. iOS 17.1.2

Please make the multiple times visitor pass more useful, like from which date to which date, weekly or daily. So I don’t have to create it everytime for my family member to enter

Sensor can’t detect car plat number.. after refer to Technical team, they can’t solved problem and need support the Engineer from China..

Pls fix all the bugs. So not user friendly and frustrated to use.

Not recommended to use for ur communicty. The app itself its ok. But the system is lousy & slow.
