The app opens and shows the msg of “sorry, we can’t find account with email address/password. Please try again or create new account” and once we click ok, it shows black screen. You cannot close, cannot back or sign in.

Unexpected problem
There is a login issue. Very poor service

App is not working I pay for it I try to play sa20 live it’s not playing the live keep loading
Can’t Login in the mobile app
I registered for a new account. But the app doesn’t let me login. Every time I try to login it ask me to link an existing account if any. I don’t have one and when I click on skip, it says account not found. Can’t believe this wasn’t even tested.

I’m watching icc u19 World Cup on the app in states. It’s working absolutely fine.
We need this in Bangladesh!
You say FanCode is available in Bangladesh, but it's not! FanCode is only available in India! We're missing out on a lot ot matches because of such idiocy. Make it available in places where FanCode is not available too, like Bangladesh!
It doesn’t even open up on my phone and it’s been few months still not fixed.

App for TV Required
App works well…most of the time but it’s 2023. It’s the only sports app I need to connect from a laptop or chromecast (badly) left in this universe. Do something about it. At least an Apple TV or Amazon’s Fire app
Lag and unwatchable
If you liked the lag you got from Dial-up internet then this is the app for you. The commentary voice overs is smooth but the video is more blocky the Minecraft if the screen is bigger then an inch by 1/2inch. No point watching something that you can’t watch more then a frame every second. ICC do better!
