This app won’t open. Just says “Retry” and still doesn’t open.

The app updated like a year ago and hasn’t worked since, please just take the app down at this point

Sone the last update it won’t let me on the app. Says there’s “an error on the app” .. that’s all the information it gives .

Haven’t been able to access the app for months.

This app worked great for a long time but for the past few months it has been inoperable.

This app was fine until the update. Now it no longer opens. Please fix!!!!

No matter if installing or removing and re installing this app fails every single time. It’s garbage and needs a solution asap!

I’m a new user and just downloaded the app for the first time to pay my bill and it tells me there was a problem getting the settings and then it just doesn’t do anything else. So when my electric is turned off because my bill isn’t paid, I will be losing it! So be prepared!

This was a good app I used it to keep up my account report outages and pay my bill but since the last update it won’t connect. Please fix this asap !!!

Since August I can not login to the it simply state’s error. This is rediculous please fix so I can pay my bill
