App not working
I’ve had many issues trying to log into the app lately. Call today and was told the app is not working for iPhones and the only way I can use the product is to go on through the website. The representative offered no solutions when I asked for an ETA of when the app was going to be fixed. He said no idea. Just use the website. This is the second time I’ve called about the app not working and it’s been over three weeks since the app has worked. You would think a company that is supposed to be a security company would have better updates and solutions. You would think that they would be able to fix her app in a timely manner. Very frustrating.
