My husband and I have tried connecting this app to our bed on three different phones, two android phones and one iPhone. It does not detect anything. Idealbed customer service cannot or will not investigate the issue. They are very vague with their responses. They state they’ll look into it and get back with us but never do. Apparently they assume people will eventually quit calling.

Don’t believe the reviews. They are not worth the money and this app is HORRIBLE and takes ages to start up.

The app seems to have an alarm setting that shows up on a whim. Every night the head raises on its own whether I’m in the bed or not. I can’t find anyplace to reset the app. The massage timer doesn’t work. It shuts off after 10 minutes regardless. The setting feature allows for you to add a device but doesn’t explain what or how. Overall, a disappointment.

App says “Pair and test base” but I cannot advance past this screen and there are no instructions on how to proceed. I’ve chosen the model and double-pressed the “pair” button on the base but the app does not respond.
