The so-called NA/EU server puts European players in NA server as long as there is at least one NA player in the lobby, even if it’s only the hunter player. It leads to unfair and toxic gaming environment with average ping of 150 and ping spikes of 300+. Sometimes you get disconnected from the server despite having a great internet connection. 

There is a petition concerning server issues going on but the devs are not responding. 

Also it’s worth mentioning that the devs put emphasis on gacha mechanics and there is a lot of overpriced cosmetics on top of that, which encourages gambling among young players. It would be more proper to invest in better servers for people to actually enjoy the game instead of another $150 skin.

I’ve been trying to recover my hacked Identity V account since 2022. I provided valid Apple receipts proving ownership before the hack, but NetEase keeps demanding receipts from after the account was stolen — which makes no sense. How can I access receipts from a hacker?

Despite years of reaching out, they only respond with copy-pasted replies and refuse to escalate the case. No real human review, no compassion, no accountability. I’ve lost access to paid content I legally bought and they don’t care.

If you value your purchases and account security, stay away. NetEase does not protect or support its users when it matters most.

Hello developers, if you can even be called that. The mechanics of the game, the characters, the balance, the game itself - I like all of this. However, I simply can’t stand the developers of this game. You don’t know how to prioritize optimization issues, you don’t know how to listen, you don’t know how to pay attention and you don’t know how to think about everyone. You also sometimes don’t know how to try hard on the game, releasing frankly bad and trashy characters just so that people would donate for their beautiful skin. How old is the game, could you remind me? The game is over 6 years old and during this time you haven’t even touched on ping optimization in Europe. This speaks of your incompetence and irresponsibility as developers first and foremost. I would like skin designers to receive 100% of my donations, and developers like you to work for a fixed salary and have enough for food at most. take the guy who suggested making a social network out of the game with statuses, a list of friends, etc. and let him play rank on the hunter while in London. I will buy the netease company from you if he doesn’t press the magic «uninstall» button in two hours💅

Wouldn't there be a way, on one of the game's birthdays, to give an opportunity to buy or somehow get one of the limited skins no matter what season, or an opportunity to exchange one of the limited skins gained from essence for another one?
