I am writing to provide feedback regarding the iHMS online app operated by the RajCOMP info services Ltd.. I have encountered an issue while attempting to book appointments through the app. After entering my mobile number and successfully verifying the OTP, I proceeded to input my Jan Aadhar ID. However, upon completing the required fields including patient details, hospital selection, and preferred date and time, clicking on the 'confirm' button only resulted in a blank screen. Unfortunately, the appointment was not successfully booked. I would like to bring this issue to your attention in the hope that it can be addressed promptly to improve the functionality and user experience of the app.
