Una app muy fácil de usar, rápida y con muchas funciones. Me encanta imagin <3
As an expat, I would not recommend. I set up the account 31/01. At the time I did not have my NIE. On the 17/02 I sent my NIE via email as evidence that I was now a Spanish resident. I never received a response. On the 31st of May I was charged €25 which was a “non-resident” charge for a background check. When I called to question the charge on multiple occasions I was told the following by four different people: Person A) all non Spanish people pay the fee, regardless of resident status. Person B) My NIE was never applied to account therefore the charge should not have been made and I was allowed a refund. Person C) This fee is only exempt if you show your NIE at the time of opening the account, not afterwards. Person D) The only way to provide the NIE is in person at the branch not via email. If the consultant had firstly explained that there would be a fee if I did not provide the NIE on the spot I would have understood. If the consultant had answered my email and explained that I needed to attend the branch to upload the NIE then I would have done so. As I have to close the account, I will never see that money again. Working for €9 an hour in Spain means I worked 3 hours for nothing. This could have been rectified if the consultant had just responded to my email saying that this needed to be shown in person. In comparison. With Santander, it was the first account I opened upon arrival on the 4th of January. Then I provided my NIE via email on the 17th which was then accepted by the consultant. As an expat, if you don’t know something, you rely on the staff to provide you with correct information. I am out €25 for nothing and not one of the four people have been able to explain to me the reason for the fee or an apology for the inconvenience. I look like an idiot to these people, when in fact, if someone had responded to me question correctly this review would not have been written.
Llevo días intentando ver mi cuenta a través de la app (porque sorpresa sorpresa NO hay otro modo con el que acceder) y ni siquiera hace el intento de abrirse. Si vas a tener una app de mala calidad al menos piensa en un plan b para que la gente pueda manejar sus cuentas. Pésimo desarrollo y servicio, creen que por ser jóvenes se nos puede tomar el pelo. No la recomiendo para nada, ni te plantees pasarte a ImaginBank.
This app used to be decent, not good, but decent. Now it’s incredibly slow, if I try to use faceid it crashes all the time. When I go in now, without faceid, there’s a time weird time difference between my putting my password and the app actually doing anything. So bad!
Llevo dos años con la cuenta y no me ha generado ningún problema.
Todo muy rápido, fácil y sencillo. Qué sigan actualizando pero no cambian esos 3 aspectos.
Buen servicio
Dejo por aquí algunas cosas que me generaron una mala experiencia: En cuentas de confianza no soy capaz de añadir cuentas con un IBAN distinto al español. No os cuesta nada habilitar guardar cuentas de confianza de todos los países de la UE… Al realizar una transferencia y solicitar comprobante salta un error y ni cambiando de correo funciona. He probado la función para invertir, es súper incómoda. Está híper oculto como ir a ver tus inversiones, y además ha tardado días en concretar una compra de acciones que con mercado abierto tendría que haber sido instantáneo. Tampoco permite fijar límite de precio en la orden ni nada. A mejorar…
No me entra en la cabeza, que un banco que solo y únicamente funciona a través de una aplicación móvil, esta funcione de manera nefasta. Es increíble que no se cuide la aplicación, siendo esta la única y exclusiva manera de acceder al dichoso banco.
