The apps home page, where the news usually is, isn’t showing any articles. Just a few at the top but it isn’t showing the vast array of articles that are usually shown. What’s going on? As a former  industry professional, I was very excited by the apps’ many features and the wealth of information.

Unfortunately The customer service is non-existent.  

There were inaccuracies in my biography - and there was no clear way to correct them .  We spent hours going through the chat areas and apparently this is a big concern for many people .  It is shameful that the primary website for film buffs and professionals doesn’t protect the professionals that they celebrate 

Also, it is impossible to cancel your subscription on the app or online.   I finally contacted my credit card company to take care of this.
