I do not get any notifications, despite having all notifications enabled. I manually refresh the app many times daily, but the new appointments often don’t come through until hours or even days AFTER appointment time. It also syncs the wrong time to my ical, when it syncs at all (e.g. synced a 9AM appointment at noon, 3 hours after the appointment had occurred). I had these issue while using my old iPhone 8 and continue to have them on my new iPhone 12. Last cycle, the timed intercourse notification was two days late and this cycle, I missed my ovulation date because of delayed appointment notifications. Incredibly frustrating.
