I have been trying for weeks to cancel my subscription. There is no simple and easy way to cancel. I eventually had to call my bank to block the transactions.

I have had a log in problem for 2+ weeks now. Now where is the link to hit after I enter username and password

This is the best thing I have ever done for myself. It makes me accountable and keeps me on track, it has totally changed my life and I even have several family members working on themselves also

I have really enjoyed IncentaHEALTH. I love the ability to weigh myself weekly and receive feedback from a coach. I have lost about 15 pounds. I have learned some tools for my particular challenges. The app goes everywhere with me and is a great reminder of my goals.

App works great with the scale!!!! The only additional thing I would like to see on the app is my weigh in calendar.

I have been a Weigh and Win member since 2012. Best thing I did was get the scale. Always seemed like such a hassle to go to a kiosk to weigh, even though the locations and process was very easy. Hard to be accurate when you have all your winter apparel on. Now, from the comfort of my own home, I can get a more accurate reading. Very easy! And the app is great. Nice to have all the food and exercise suggestions. Customer Service is the best. Every question I have ever had has been answered within minutes. Highly recommend.

I recently downloaded this to connect to my Apple Watch but since then I’ve had to remove and reinstall the app several times due to it freezing.

Installed the app on my IPhone and within minutes was able to set it up and sync to my scale... I love being able to weigh in at home, it’s so convenient... Each time I weigh in it takes my picture and saves my progress so I can see my transformation right on the app.. this app is definitely user friendly ..

I have to remove and reload the app about every two days. Please fix. I would like my info to show on time. Also please add our flights and miles to populate the weigh and win site.

App crashes every time, once I enable the steps in the apple health kit and try to add the device in the encentahealth. I've tried turning all other devices off and confirmed all activity trackers are turned off in the app. At this point this is worthless. Hopefully the next version will be better. I won't even consider buying their scale based on this app.
