It kept saying order can’t be placed. Now I have to fight to do anything, you get logged out every two weeks which defines the whole point of having an app, the cart loads extremely slow if it ever loads at all, searching up series is significantly harder, and your cart automatically empties when you get forcefully logged at the end of the two weeks (before you could keep books in your cart for months) I’ve never seen a company ruin their user experience so bad in just one update. Early 2024?) indigo’s online purchasing has been the absolute worst. I hate trying to save things to my Wishlist because the heart button doesn’t work properly half the time or it’s really really delayed. It is still slow but a bit less compare to what it was which isn’t saying much. Buying something is still a pain. Buying on amazone is a 2 or even 1 click process if you want to buy one thing. On the Indigo app it takes about 10 minutes. There is countless screen and by the time you’re through with them you don’t eaves want to buy anymore. Terrible shopping experience. They juste added the ability to have several lists. It’s sounds great on paper but the implementation is bad. Before it was easy you press on the hart it’s in your list. Now you have a screen to choose the list to add the book to but you can’t click on a list. If you do that you will go inside the list and not add the book to the list. No instead they is a small heart at the compleat right of the screen next to the list and you have to press on that. But as I sed this is probably the most buggy app I have ever used. Secondly, there’s no way to sort the wishlist, not by recently added, not by a-z, not by highest rated which wouldn’t be such a big problem if it wasn’t for…Third, when you add something to your wishlist it isn’t added to the top of the list, or the bottom, it’s put in a completely random part of the list.
