You can’t find past issues like the print edition offered plus you have to deal with adds popping up on each page. The print edition cannot be found. Rich Rardin

Won't even load from the notification screen. Why send me a breaking news story if I can't access it? Refuses to store my login info so have to enter username/password every time. Frustrating!!

Extremely difficult. All I want to do is “read the paper” and it is a challenge every day. This morning I can’t even get my workarounds to work!

I truly dislike the way the information is organized. I can't tell which articles are new until I click on them. Hate the way you have to negotiate around the minefields of ads that you can accidentally open. Would much prefer a physical paper, but the monthly subscription went to $54, so who wants to pay that much- even to support a free press?

Ive been a subscriber for YEARS, yet i cannot get logged in.

I paid $9.99 for 12 months. No longer get my digital subscription, after 1 month. Tried to remedy the problem with no avail. My wife also did the same deal,with the same result.If we can’t resolve this problem in the next few days, then we are done with the Star.

Terribly glitchy. Unable to easily send feedback. Position or layout of opened eNewspaper is terribly dysfunctional. Why can't you all provide a decent eNewspaper app?

Every so often, this app fails to recognize my subscription (purchased through Apple) and I’m blocked from subscriber only articles.

I subscribed on my iPhone and paid for a one year subscription via the app and iTunes Store on June 04, 2024. Apple shows the paid subscription and sent an email for confirmation of the subscription and a receipt for payment via my Apple Card, but I am unable to view subscriber content a month later. I have contacted both Apple support and IndyStar support. Apple had me delete the app and re-install it and try to restore the purchase but nothing works. Apple points the finger at Indy Star and says only IndyStar can activate the subscription. IndyStar points their finger at Apple and says they show no payment and no subscription. Both tell me to contact the other and both say there is nothing they can do. Others seem to have the exact same issue. So, you would think someone would look into this, fix the subscription and restore purchase issue and make their customer accounts work together. Very disappointed in both Apple and IndyStar over their inability to communicate and resolve a simple subscription issue.
