With the Mobile Banking App, your bank is always with you. A quick balance check, transfer to your savings or paying a bill: the app does it all. For personal and business accounts in the Netherlands.
Lots of tools and features:
• You can confirm orders with your mobile.
• Super simple transfers, withdrawal overview and scheduling of savings orders.
• Paid for your friends? Create a payment request and get your money back.
• If you want to, you can look ahead 35 days and see your future transactions.
• The app has its own daily limit, which you can set and change.
• It’s all there: you can pay, save, borrow, invest, get a credit card and even view your ING insurances.
• Want to fix something quickly? Like blocking your card or changing your address? Just do it in the app, it’s easy as pie.
• Don’t have an ING account yet? Open one in the app.
Are my details safe and secure in the app?
Yes, your banking is done via a secured connection. No personal details are stored on your phone or tablet. If you always use the latest version of the app, you enjoy optimal security and the latest features.
Activation only takes a moment
You don’t need much to activate the app. Just a Dutch current account at ING, access to My ING and a valid identity document. This can be a passport, an ID card from the EU, an ID card for foreign nationals, a Dutch residence permit or a driver’s license.
Please note: Dutch legislation is applicable to accounts and other products from ING

English, banking app of a world wide known bank, do you speak it???
Why do I have to change language and region on my phone in order to change it in the app???
Discrimination of people from Ukraine
For people from Ukraine they open account for max 12 months with a limit of 25.000 euro. That’s ridiculous!
The page for transfers are not working in app
I try to open the page for transfers but it is not working. I see just a waiter but then nothing happens. I can’t do my transfers through app.
Loses auth session
The app constantly losses session and kicks you out. To log in back you have to set up everything from scratch.

Virtually perfect
I can hardly find any reason why this app would deserve 5 and not 4 stars, but in my opinion a banking app should show not only the DATE, but also the EXACT TIME of transactions. Otherwise l have not yet seen other better options offered by competitors, with the exception of one thing maybe: ICS offers transfers from the credit card to the main Maestro card. Please consider comparable options or, even dare function like Russian banks do, with which transfers between VISAs and MasterCards are cheap, easy, and INSTANTANEOUS, most importantly. Apparently EU banks still exist in the Stone Age apart from some of them which have made instant transfers possible (such as BUNQ, Raiffeisen Austria, ABN Amro, etc.).
