I kept having to go through. customer service, which is AI generated and I could never speak to a human. I asked to speak to a person on the phone and got no one. I have received one generic email from the company and a few times they resubmitted the work for me but they still owe me $20. It’s crazy that their product is so good but the Mail out system is absolutely chaotic. Their customer service is nonexistent.
