## INR Tagebuch Description
Die INR Tagebuch App hilft Ihnen bei der Dokumentation Ihrer Antikoagulation-Medikation. Verwalten Sie alle INR-Messungen. Legen Sie die tägliche Dosis Ihres Blutverdünnermedikamentes (Marcumar oder Falithrom....) für eine bestimmte Zeitdauer fest. Sie können Einzeldosen oder Mehrfachdosen hinzufügen. Sie können die Dosis in Anzahl der Tabletten oder in Milligramm angeben. Die App weist Sie durch ein Symbol in der Benachrichtigungszeile darauf hin, Ihre tägliche Dosis zur selbst festgelegten Zeit zu nehmen.


Tippen Sie auf die Anzeigeinformation Ihrer täglichen Dosis, um zu bestätigen, dass Sie die festgelegte Dosis des Medikamentes genommen haben. Der Zeitstempel der Bestätigung wird in der App gespeichert. Dadurch können Sie feststellen, ob und zu welchem ​​Zeitpunkt Sie die Dosis genommen haben.

Die App zeigt Ihnen den Wert der letzten INR-Messung und stellt in einem Balkendiagramm, die letzten 10 Werte grafisch dar. Die App erinnert Sie auch daran, wann eine neue INR-Messung geplant ist.

Dosis und INR Daten können exportiert oder importiert werden.

### **--- "Mediplan löschen unmöglich"
Leider ist es nicht möglich den Medikationsplan zu löschen und neu anzulegen. Man kann nuemr einzelne Disen löschen und dann ist der Tag weg. Die zukünftige Kadenz stimmt dann nicht mehr. Mein „falscher“ Plan geht jetzt schon bis 2030 und es kommt dauernd die Meldung ausserhalb Zeitperiode. Bei Fragen im Support kommt keine Antwort.

Sehr gutes “ Helferlein” für den alltäglichen Umgang mit der Blutverdünnung!
Einzig eine Exportmöglichkeit als pdf vermisse ich manchmal. Wäre hilfreich bei Gesprächen mit dem Arzt.

Ich habe dies App für mich in gebrauch da ich eine künstliche Herzklappe besitze und meine INR Messungen selber mache ist diese App ein super Instrument für mich!
