Does not connect either usb or app. Keeps telling me device authorization failed. I called support line and tried to get it resolved and after all suggestions, still did not work. Saved me more headaches and just returned the item.

Worked before latest update!!!

I bought it to print tags and receipts but it’s almost useless with this app. I tried for hours tried everything and still can’t get it to connect.

The app does not have any instructions on how to print your labels. Not impressed at all. I am returning this printer ASAP.

I got this thermal printer, primarily for shipping labels. I can’t even tell you how many label sheets have been completed wasted due to the however the machine (decides) to print, regardless of my set settings. It’s very frustrating, and frankly a big waste of money. Out of a 500/pack of labels, at least 1/2 of those, (probably more) have had to be thrown out! Tried reaching out to support, and was brought to a anime porn page. 🤦🏼‍♀️ The printer seems like it could get the job done, but maybe needs some sort of update, etc… Certainly lacking in customer support. Please, do better.

After the most recent update, my mini printer is no longer accessing my images. It will not allow me to print anything that is photo related. I can only print text. If this issue was addressed, I would probably change my rating because it was really handy when it worked. Now it’s no longer working and I don’t see that the updates are fixing the problem.

I bought the core innovation thermal printer shipping label. I CAN NOT GET IT TO WORK! It says it’s connected to my iPhone but when I click print nothing happens. I tried doing everything google say to trouble shoot the problem but still nothing..I’m frustrated been trying to get it working for 4 awful hours . And there’s no contacting any kind of customer service to maybe walk you through the process. That was money down the that I can not afford!! I click on app support in the App Store and it went to a page in a foreign language so I translated it to English, it had nothing to do with support with this app… if you can avoid downloading this app, avoid it at all cost

The updated version of the app doesn’t show my full camera album, even with me giving the app permission. It will only show me pictures in my Instagram photo album. It used to work perfectly.

So I have no idea why the “What’s New” thing has “fixed some bugs” when there’s a clear bug that everyone is complaining about. The app won’t allow you to access any of your photos which is like the whole point of printing????? Please fix this because I spent $30 on this little pink printer and I don’t like wasting money.

Very hard to import anything to print, no way to get back into imported files. No direct link to print from any other place with out imported to app. NO ETHNIC CHOICES for stickers or preloaded images.
