Hello! The Instaread app isn’t working after paying for the annual subscription You charged me cash for the annual subscription. And your app doesn’t open. Please refund my money. Denis
Add Russian language please. And keep in mind that this price is too high for Russia, divide it by 5
I can't open the app, cause it close every time before showing the list of articles or something like that.
I was sure that i will try a week-free period as it was promised, but a payment for one year was taken from my account. I try to apply for refunding, but didn't get any answer.
That Is really the best app for improving English! I think many people will agree with that. It is nice to have speed up, but it will be also nice to have opportunity to slow down. Will you please consider this?

Although the app looks great and everything, the fact you have to commit to a year subscription is ridiculous. Either offer free trial and then subscribe, or make some content free. I’m not going to pay without knowing if the product’s any good.
Also playing audio should be more polished Overall very nice
Stop trying to swipe my card on the first time downloading the app. It is not about CC guys. It’s about Data. If there is no free trial and you try to charge right away it means you don’t believe your product is good enough. Invest in the product. Free trial/free Learn your value
I have honestly mixed feelings about this app. On the one hand it has some great summaries of self help and historical books that were quite enjoyable and really felt like i read the whole book, on the other hand it is on the pricier side and it has so many books that just feel like reading the back side of the book along with the table of content which leave you wanting to read the whole book, which is exactly not the purpose of the app.
