New In-App Authorisation Doesn’t Work
As per the title, verified the transaction but OTP page doesn’t change
Cannot turn off marketing notifications
Too many marketing notifications which cant be turned off.
Their process for refund was efficient

Hands down easiest and fastest means to transfer across the globe.
Very bad service when top up
Top up my account but my money was not credited to my account need to contact the customer support every time to get them to check their useless systems and verify before credit. Happen to me like all the time 4 to 5 times.. very bad service.. other similar apps are much better..
Very fast
I’m surprised how fast can I receive the money Immediately received money once you transferred. I think the bank information is very easy to fill up as well. The rate is cheaper than the app that I know.
Pathetic customer service
The customer service officer uses a standard template answer without answering any queries.
Over promise under deliver
Tried the app to send money for a simple purchase to Vietnam and it turns out that the app now requires you to upload a FULL bank statement with all your transactions and details when it’s not stated in their marketing or web page. I’m still trying to explain to them why I’m only comfortable to upload a top half showing just the account number, name and address. The staff here don’t seem to understand the security concerns I have if such data is leaked. Thinking of deleting this app entirely.
