App full of Issues
Can’t log in. Biometrics not working. Asked to reset password. After reset, app saya incorrect log in still. Pathetic.
The option on the left side panel is not working
It always lags, when i try to click on the options, (three lines) it wouldn’t open. How can I add my dependent in this case? My phone is not the problem since it have a lot of storage, i had to log in 3 times, and enter the otp 3 times. Still, the left side panel is still jot populating.
Unresponsive
The app is asking OTP over and over
App does not work properly
App either gets stuck with numpad after logging in or if you manage to get past through that, you cannot interact with the icons on the screen.
Dashboard is not viewable on iphone
Dashboard is not showing any details when you log in via iphone but if using laptop its showing. Kindly fix
Worst App ever
The only way to request for a physical card is via app. But the app it can’t function properly. Many icon are not clickable. Worst of the worst.
Crashed when registering
App crashed a lot when I try to register a new account. Pls fix it.
Always defective
So much hassle in logging in

Hopefully you can adjust or add in the search the specialty of doctors. Had to search all the way to the bottom to make sure I go through all the names of the surgeons
