These people have been stealing my money for years. 

I signed up for a free plan a while ago and they slowly increase their fees without telling you.

After realizing I’ve lost almost 400$ they offered an 8$ return

After closing my account they sent the funds to another account and now I they haven’t helped me to recover my 1600$ they have been ghosting me and ignoring my messages 

This is by far the worse experience I’ve ever had,

DO NOT TRUST YOUR MONEY TO THESE GREEDY APP

I would give 0 starts if it was possible

I signed up for a reoccuring savings plan with Moka a couple years ago, mostly just to try it out. The app is regularly updated and is nice to use. It's hard to back out of the contributions (but you can skip one easily with the app) which is awesome accountability if you are one to change your mind about your goals on a Friday night! :)

This app charges you fees even before activating your account. They have literally 0 customer service. They never answered my many emails. Only way to contact them is by email and they take 2 weeks to answer. All the good reviews here or online are bots 100% since this app has nothing good. This is a scam. Do not download or use this fraud! They took me over 400$ and wont refund me even if my account wasnt activated and i wasnt even investing a single penny. They took service charge fees what a scam. So dissapointed. Would rate 0 stars if i could

I was missing on so much before i started using Moka. It has been a life changer, no huge deposits required and weekly transfers that actually gets invested and you can see what’s going on. Cherry on top, amazing customer service!

Fees are not disclosed when opening account in enough detail. I decided to see what this app was about after seeing a advert for them however when opening the account there was little to nothing to say about the $15 + tax monthly fee. It is very hypocritical that they advertise that the financial planners don’t like to invest in the S&P 500 as it negates their job position when they do the same and charge nearly $200 a year to do nothing. Open a wealth simple account instead.

Je n’arrive plus à me connecter à mon identifiant, les prélèvements continus de se faire même si je demande l’arrêt. Lorsque j’étais sur l’application et que je désirais me retirer de leur prélèvement, c’était pratiquement impossible de trouver comment. 
Le service à la clientèle ne répond pas au demande et il n’y a aucun numéro de téléphone possible pour les rejoindre. Très louche …

There are much better apps for saving that do not charge you a subscription fee. I downloaded the app in 2019 and deleted it since I was not using it. Turns out, they can just charge you whatever they’d like without telling you and they will never once send you an email so that you forgot about it. They have been charging me for years and were sneaky about it and now I will probably never get that money back.

Attention, même si vous ne faites aucun investissement mensuel ou autres, il vous charge 17,25$ par mois. Fermer le compte est plutôt difficile. Impossible de supprimer son compte bancaire. Se déconnecter ou supprimer l’application ne ferme pas votre compte et il vous charge pareil. Impossible de se faire rembourser.
