## INTVL Description
INTVL: The World Is the Game.

INTVL turns every walk, run or bike ride into a game played on the real world globe. The idea is simple. When you run or ride in a loop, the ground inside that loop becomes your territory. The bigger, smarter and more tactical your routes, the more of the map you hold.

Claim your territory

Every loop you complete claims real space. Other players are out there doing the same thing, so the map is always moving. You can take a new route to take new ground, or go back over an area to defend what's already yours.

Play it your way

Some people want to be the best in the world, so they chase the global leaderboard. Others care more about home turf and work to become the territory leader of their own suburb or city. Both are worth playing for, and you can switch focus whenever you want.

Hold ground, win real prizes

Every bit of the map you hold earns you entries into our competitions, where the prizes are real. The more territory you hold at the end of the competition, the better your odds.

Run and ride with clubs

Join a club and play as a team. Your territory adds to your club's total, so a good capture from you helps everyone you're playing alongside.

A feed built around the game

INTVL has a social feed where you can follow other players, see their activities, and cheer them on. It's a good way to find people around you and stay connected to other athletes around the world.

Bring your own gear

INTVL works with the devices you already train on, so your activities sync straight into the game:
- Garmin
- Suunto
- Polar
- Coros
- Fitbit
- Hammerhead
- Wahoo

We built INTVL to give a new meaning to fitness. Movement without stakes is just exercise. The world is the game. Take it.

This app integrates with Apple Health (HealthKit) to show insights about your activity, including steps, heart rate, and previous runs.

## INTVL Reviews in Ирландия

### ***** "Motivational"
Love this ap gives you the motivation to get out and walk or run
-- NicT5891, 2026-10-03

### ***** "amazing app"
amazing
-- alexander nikulin, 2026-09-02

### ****- "Great but needs tweaking"
I’ve been loving the app, seriously fun and motivating. Quick thought: would it be possible to split running and walking? Runners can stack up distance so fast it feels a bit uneven for walkers. Also, the water bug in me is dying for kayaking and paddle boarding tracking. Just a wish list item. Thanks a million for everything you’re building.
-- supandscoot, 2026-08-26

### ***** "Brings out my competitive side (In a good way)"
I’ve often found running to be tedious and hard to do by myself but the competitive side in me kicks in when I see I can own territory and makes me want to go run again when someone takes mine, really enjoying it
-- Braz_93, 2026-08-10

### ***** "Manu Muresan"
Amazing app, great way to make enemies.
-- Mmanumuresan, 2026-07-19

### ***** "Very Giod"
