iPay is a popular payment app but lacks a key feature: the ability to scan QR codes saved in the phone's gallery. This limitation is inconvenient, especially when users receive QR codes via email or messaging apps. Competing LQR-supported apps already offer this functionality, making iPay less competitive.

Adding gallery QR scanning in future updates would greatly improve usability and help retain users who might otherwise switch to more versatile alternatives.

මම මේ app එක use කරලා payment එකක් කරා මගේම වෙනත් බැංකුවකට පැය 24ක් ගත වෙලත් payment  එක ලැබුනෙ නෑ.කිහිප වතාවක්ම hotline කතා කරා. කතා කරන හැම වෙලවෙම පොඩිවෙලාවක් දෙන්න කිය කිය පැයගනන් call එකේ තියාගෙනත් තාම කිසිම විසදුමක් දුන්නෙ නෑ.මැනේජර් කෙනෙක්වත් වගකීමකරන් අපේ සල්ලි ගැන හොයන්නෙ නෑ. මේ වගේ කිසිදු වගකීමක් ඇති app use කරන්න කලින් හොදට හිතන්න
I used this app and made a payment to another bank of my own, but I did not receive the payment even though it took 24 hours. I called the hotline several times.  Despite being on the call for hours and hours, no solution has been given. Not a single responsible manager is looking for our money.  Think carefully before using this irresponsible app

This app has one of the worst customer services ever. I have been waiting for more than 3 working days just to get a password reset done ( app  does not work every time I tried ) 
I have requested via their web, via email but all I get is an automated email saying they will respond. But never got one. 
I ve been on hold for customer care hotline for 30 mins on a working day, still no one answers. Do not waste your time with this garbage. There are better options out there

When I trying to verify my bank account, it says to enter the 4 digit OTP code. But i only received 3 digit code. ???

I have using this app for a while now. It’s getting an error “Server error. Please try again later”. That’s the only issue I have seen yet. Probably one of the best finance app in Sri Lanka.

Added my bank card in the “My Wallet” section. But it doesn’t appear on “Send Money” section. They asked to add it again from there. But I couldn’t add it from there because it says same card is already exists 😅. 
What a mess guys.
